NATURAL ENEMIES at Pelham Art Center . Pelham Art Center is pleased to present Natural Enemies, opening on September 12 and running through October 25, 2014.
It’s Only Natural - at Gallery 66 at Gallery 66 NY. Two internationally exhibited artists, Two unique expressions of the animal world: one by land, and one by sea. Artist Cynthia McCusker and Carla Goldberg tackle the concept of the natural world giving it their own twist and signature.
Yellow Orb/Homage to Van Gogh at Katonah Museum of Art. John Ruppert transforms prison-grade metal chain link into vessel-like forms that define volume yet remain ethereal and porous.
Farm Project 2014 at Collaborative Concepts. The sprawling 140 acre Saunders Farm is populated by 51 objects and installations of sculpture for the Farm Project of 2014. Hike among the sculptures and the cow! Wear shoes good for rough terrain and cow pies!
Yoga in the OrangerieFall Series at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum. Deepen your practice in a steady, mindful approach at the intermediate level or learn the basics in the beginner class. Taught by certified Anusara yoga teacher Ann Casapini in a serene, sunlit space.
First Friday! Music + Bronx Trolley at Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum. BPMM is delighted to welcome Salieu Suso, and Malang Jobarteh, both kora players and griotstraditional storytellersfrom Gambia. Enjoy the music, explore the mansion, stroll the garden, and savor light refreshments.

Headless Horseman Hayrides and Haunted Houses. Dare to discover a dark and supernatural world of the Coven of Witches that exist in Crows Hollow as you travel a one mile theatrical hayride journey . Expose their secrets and hidden desire to achieve the power to control the Horseman.
PUMPKIN PATCH at Queens County Farm Museum. October is pumpkin month at Queens Farm. Enjoy wandering through our patch to find your perfect pumpkin. A great farm adventure for the whole family!

Apple Picking at Wilkens Fruit and Fir Farm. The 2014 Harvest Season began September 6th with Apples.Ride the hay wagon to this weeks picking orchard (the location of which changes weekly as different varieties ripen). Pick fruit and fill your bag or basket.

THE AMAZING MAIZE MAZE at Queens County Farm Museum. Ready to be amaaazed? To commemorate the 200th anniversary of the Star Spangled Banner, we’ve chosen an American flag design for this year’s Amazing Maize Maze. Kids and adults alike will have fun finding their way out of this 3-acre corn labyrinth!

Irving’s ‘Legend’ at Philipsburg Manor. Featuring the Headless Horseman and Ichabod Crane. Flavored with live spooky organ music Kruks spellbinding storytelling captivates all audiences. This event takes place at the Old Dutch Church, just across the street from Philipsburg Manor.
Apple Picking at Outhouse Orchards. Walk up to the barn and grab yourself a half bushel pick your own bag and take a tour of our orchard as you find the best apples to fill your bag with.
Mushroom Walk at Muscoot Farm. Join naturalist Taro Letaka as he searches for mushrooms in the farm’s back country.
KICKOFF TO FALL at Queens County Farm Museum. As many of you know, Autumn is a favorite season for visiting the farm! Come on out today or any October weekend to buy a variety of Hudson Valley apples, donuts, fresh cider, and apple pie.
Picture This! Saturday Story Time at Katonah Museum of Art. Be inspired by great childrens books read to families by special guests, then create artwork in the Learning Center. Free.
