4 Men Sold Illegal THC Gummies At Bellmore Shop: Police

The shop, searched by police on Wednesday, is located on Merrick Road, detectives say.

BELLMORE, NY — Four men were arrested and charged after they illegally sold Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) gummies at a Bellmore smoke shop, detectives say.

Officers issued a search warrant at Bellmore Cigars, Vapor, Lotto Store at 2825 Merrick Rd. on Wednesday afternoon, police said.

During the search, large quantities of THC and cash were recovered, detectives said.

Two of the men are from the area:

Aashutosh Kinra, 22, of Merrick, and Krunal Patel, 26, of Wantagh.

The other people arrested are from Queens and New Jersey.

Kinra and Patel face criminal possession of controlled substance charges and criminal sale of a controlled substance.

All four men were expected to be arraigned on Thursday.
