Bellmore Resident's Film to Premiere at Long Island International Film Expo
Sal DelGiudice's "Long Island Uncovered" takes a look at look at the private lives of some of Long Island's top tribute/cover band musicians.
Bellmore resident Sal DelGiudice is set to have his documentary film "Long Island Uncovered" premiere at the Long Island International Film Expo next month.
The film will premiere on Saturday, July 9, at the Bellmore Movies on Pettit Avenue at 7 p.m.
"Long Island Uncovered" is a documentary film that takes an in-depth and behind-the-scenes look at the private lives of some of Long Island's top tribute/cover band musicians. The film takes an honest look at the chaos, trials and tribulations of these musicians as they juggle careers, family and everyday responsibilities in order to rehearse and perform with their bands.

"I am honored and elated to have our film 'Long Island Uncovered' screen at the Long Island International Film Expo," DelGiudice said. "I am a Bellmore resident and to have this film screen in my town surrounded by my family and friends is awesome."
The film features music by Joe Satriani and is narrated by Mark "The Animal" Mendoza of Twisted Sister.

DelGiudice, who directed and produced the film, is also the recipient of last year's “Best Documentary” award at the film expo.
