- 28222 Proposed Local Law Re: "ARTERIAL STOPS" (NR) BETHPAGE, FRANKLIN SQUARE, MERRICK, NORTH BELLMORE, WANTAGH (To amend Section 197-5 of the Code of the Town of Hempstead).
- 6380 DECISION: - Application of AMERADA HESS CORP for variance from provisions of for "GSS" Ordinance to modify a previously approved site plan to raze & rebuild existing gasoline service station & convenience store, erect five (5) pump islands with a total of seven (7) dispensers, subject to removal of existing pump islands & dispensers; erect new canopy over dispensers subject to removal of existing canopy; erect new Hess Express building, subject to removal of existing building & include other site & area improvements; setback variances required - NORTH BELLMORE - s/w cor.
