Town of Hempstead's 10th Anniversary 9/11 Sunrise Memorial Service Where/When? 1300 Lido Blvd, Lido Beach; Sunday, 7:30 a.m. Why Go? Come pay tribute to the men and women who perished on the fateful day of September 11, 2001 with this emotional ceremony held at the crack of dawn. 5. Blood Drive Where/When? Bellmore Knights of Columbus #3689; Sunday, 8 a.m. - 2 p.m. Why Go? A special blood drive held in memory of the victims of the September 11, 2001 attacks. Come and give a pint of the good stuff to someone who needs it! Pricing: Open To All.
