Tonight: Meet the Candidates at Merrick Golf Course Clubhouse

Candidates running to represent Bellmore and Merrick will gather Tuesday night for a Meet the Candidates forum, hosted by several local civic associations.

The forum is set for 7 p.m. at the Merrick Golf Course Clubhouse.

Congressional candidate Kathleen Rice, Senate candidates Dave Denenberg and Michael Venditto, and Assembly candidates David McDonough and Gaspare Tumminello are scheduled to speak.

Questions will be taken from the room to be answered by candidates.

Refreshments will be served to all who attend. The event is open to the public.

The North and Central Merrick, South Merrick Community, North Bellmore and South Bellmore Civic Associations are hosting the event.
