TV Chef Opens French Fry Restaurant On Long Island
The new joint serves fresh french fries with a variety of different sauces.

TV chef Joe Ciminera recently opened new french fry-themed restaurant in Bellmore called Spuds Pomme Fries. Ciminera is known for hosting "Taste This TV," as well as his cookbooks.
Billing itself as Long Island's first Pomme Frite shop, Ciminera's establishment makes all fries and sauces fresh daily. Its motto: "Made Today, Gone Today."
There are more than two dozen sauces for the fries. A few of them — including ketchup, mustard and the house Belgian sauce — are free. The more exotic premium sauces, which are $1.50 each, include flavors like roasted garlic aioli, Parmesan black peppercorn, Mexican ketchup and many more.
