• Arnot Mall in Big Flats is sold after 60 years of local ownership (stargazette.com) — Ownership of Arnot Mall in the Town of Big Flats has shifted from longtime local owner Arnot Realty Corp. to national operator Kohan Retail Investment Group, marking a major change for the area’s main shopping hub. While sale terms weren’t disclosed, the 83.7-acre property is assessed at just over $7.3 million, and future plans for the mall have not yet been shared.
