• Woman sentenced for attempt to smuggle 10 kilos of cocaine into Suffolk County (news12.com) — Law enforcement intercepted cocaine-filled packages and traced the investigation to a FedEx location in Bohemia, where the suspect had inquired about the shipments. After arranging a controlled pickup at a Patchogue Walgreens, officers arrested her and secured a confession. She has now been sentenced to a decade in prison for her role.
