Central Islip Man With Dementia Reported Missing: PD
Jean Claude Labossiere, 72, was reported missing from his Wilson Boulevard home by his family on Wednesday, police say.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY —A Silver Alert has been issued for a Central Islip man with dementia, Suffolk County Police said.
Jean Claude Labossiere, 72, was reported missing from his Wilson Boulevard home by his family on Wednesday, police said. He was last seen at his residence on Tuesday at 9 p.m.
Labossiere is described as Black-Hispanic, between 5-feet, 5-inches tall and 5-feet, 6-inches tall, and approximately 215 to 220 lbs., police said. He is bald, with brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, black shoes, and dark-colored pants, police said.

Labossiere has gone missing before and was located near his prior home on Wickham Ave. in the Bronx, police said.
Detectives are asking anyone with information on Labossiere’s location to call 911 or Third Squad detectives at 631-854-8352.
