Firefighters Battle Dumpster Fire At Central Islip Gas Station
The fire started at the local gas station and spread to a nearby building.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY - A dumpster fire broke out at a Central Islip gas station on Tuesday afternoon, according to Suffolk Police.
The fire broke out at GIVNGO on 1675 Islip Avenue at 3:20 p.m.
The fire then spread to a building on 1671 Islip Avenue.

The Central Islip Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire.
No injuries were reported.

Central Islip, NY- Firefighters were called to a fire in a liquor store on Route 111 after a dumpster fire extended to the building. Fire got into the attic of the store. No injuries were reported. pic.twitter.com/W5GiVcagyT
