Man Steals $500 From Parked Car In Central Islip: PD

Police are looking for a man they say stole from a car parked in the driveway of a Birchgrove Drive home on Sept. 28.

CENTRAL ISLIP, NY — Suffolk County police are asking for the public’s help to identify and locate a man they say stole almost $500 out of a parked car in Central Islip.

The man stole the money from a car parked in the driveway of a Birchgrove Drive home at 3:20 a.m. on Sept. 28, police said.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward for information that leads to an arrest. Anyone with information can submit an anonymous tip by calling 1-800-220-TIPS or going online at www.P3Tips.com. All calls, text messages, and emails will be kept confidential.
