Police Release Photo Of Car Used In Fatal Hit-And-Run Crash
A 26-year-old was killed after being hit by a driver last week.

BRENTWOOD, NY - Suffolk Police released a photo on Monday of the car used in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian in Brentwood last week.
On Nov. 5, Luis Felix Gomez-Cuji , 26, of Bay Shore was crossing Suffolk Avenue, just west of Eastern Avenue, when he was struck by a car that fled the scene.
A passing motorist found him lying in the roadway and called 911.

Gomez-Cuji was pronounced dead at the scene.
Detectives believe the vehicle that struck Gomez-Cuji was either a 1998 to 2002 red, burgundy or maroon Toyota Corolla, possibly with damage on the driver’s side.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on this crash to call the Major Case Unit at 631-852-6555 or anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS.
