Suffolk Arrest Report: Dec. 3

Here's a snapshot of some recent arrests that Suffolk County police officers made in the last week.

SUFFOLK COUNTY, NY — All of the following information was supplied by the Suffolk County Police Department.

A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate a conviction.

First Precinct

  • DEC. 1: Mustafa Demirezen, 56, of Lynbrook was arrested in Wyandanch and was charged with first-degree robbery.
  • DEC. 1: Jacquelyn Pinion, 61, of North Amityville was arrested in Amityville and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. She intended to sell a narcotic, according to the charge.
  • DEC. 1: Cassandra Giles, 60, of Amityville was arrested in Amityville and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He intended to sell a narcotic, according to the charge.
  • NOV. 30: Kevin Johnson, 28, of Copiague was arrested in Copiague and was charged with second-degree strangulation.

Second Precinct

  • NOV. 28: Luis Morillo, 57, of Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and was charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
  • NOV. 26: Kevin Saravia, 20, of Huntington Station was arrested in Huntington Station and charged with second-degree burglary.

Third Precinct

  • DEC. 1: Radha Maharaj, 45, of West Islip was arrested in West Islip and was charged with driving while intoxicated. Maharaj has been previously convicted of DWI within the last 10 years, according to the charge.

Fourth Precinct

  • DEC. 1: Joseph Putre, 29, of Ronkonkoma was arrested in Ronkonkoma and was charged with driving while intoxicated and assault with the intent to cause physical injury with a weapon.

Fifth Precinct

  • DEC. 1: Jose Espejo, 49, of Bellport was arrested in Bellport and was charged with the second-degree rape of a child under 15, according to the charge.
  • DEC. 1: Edward Molewski, 54, of East Islip was arrested in Ronkonkoma and was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and was previously convicted of possessing a weapon, according to the charge. He was additionally charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having cocaine, according to the charge.
  • NOV. 30: Travis Poulos, 27, of Medford was arrested in Medford and was charged with criminal possession of a firearm and second-degree harassment.
  • NOV. 29: Joseph Baker, 31, of Bohemia was arrested in Bohemia and was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having over eight ounces of a narcotic.
  • NOV. 29: Maya Clairborne, 24, of Bohemia was arrested in Bohemia and was charged with first-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance for having over eight ounces of a narcotic.

Sixth Precinct

  • NOV. 29: William Ramos, 66, of Holtsville was arrested in Selden and was charged with violating the sex offender registry act. It is the second time that he has been charged with violating the act, according to the charge.

Seventh Precinct

  • DEC. 1: Levin Diazmonjaras, 19, of Bay Shore was arrested in Shirley and was charged with first-degree rape.
  • DEC. 1: Danielle Campione, 38, of Ridge was arrested in Shirley and was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Campione has been previously convicted of DWAI within the last three years, according to the charge.
