There are many different perspectives and thoughts about yoga . Some say you should be able to touch your toes;  some think  it is a spiritual exercise and experience; some that you should be able to move your body like a contortionist; and others that you have to practice in  sauna intense heat.

The truth is that yoga is a way of life. It is a tool to teach you how to breathe, how to calm your mind, how to really get in touch with yourself and how to feel good. However, it is , as is true of most things in life,  a process. So, if you are contemplating taking that first step – perhaps to understand down facing dog – or even if you are at a precontemplative stage, come explore yoga and yourself.
