Bronxville Holiday Season Kicks Off Thanksgiving Weekend
Bronxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Susan Miele urges shoppers to remember to support local businesses this year.

The holiday shopping season is upon us, and Bronxville businesses are ready.
Never mind Black Friday--support your local independent businesses
instead. Saturday, November 28, is Small Business Saturday, the annual
event organized by American Express, when cardholders benefit monetarily
from supporting participating independent businesses. To further promote
local buying, Admiral Real Estate Services and Houlihan & O’Malley Real
Estate are sponsoring free parking from 12:00 to 6:00 pm in select
locations on both the east and west side of the business district. Look
for the covered meters to identify the free parking spots.

Bronxville stores are also pulling out the stops this holiday season. On
Small Business Saturday, enjoy complimentary munchkins and mimosas plus a
15 percent discount on purchases of $400 or more at Adrian East, and at Yum Yum
Tree take 30 percent off all regular-priced items and 40 percent off select items--plus
the first 15 customers receive a $20 coupon to be used towards their
purchase. These are just examples of what’s in store for village shopping.
Stay tuned for additional announcements about the holiday shopping season
from the Bronxville Chamber of Commerce and the Bronxville PTA, who have
teamed up to unveil new holiday events coming up after Thanksgiving. Save
the dates of Friday, December 4, and Saturday, December 5!
