Bronxville Men Face Drug Charges In Clarkstown
They were stopped by state troopers on Palisades Center Drive.

CLARKSTOWN, NY — Two Bronxville men face drug and driving charges after a traffic stop in Clarkstown on Tuesday.
State troopers said Andrew Cobb, 27, was traveling on Palisades Center Drive when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
Police said their investigation revealed that he was impaired by drugs and in possession of heroin. He was charged with DWAI Drugs and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.

The passenger in the vehicle, Christopher W. Carter, 31, was also charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th.
