Bronxville Police Blotter
A look at some of the incidents investigated by the Bronxville Police Department this week.

Detective Nicholas Deyoung arrested Julian Horrabin, a 19 year-old resident of Mount Vernon and after an extensive investigation, it was determined that Horrabin was responsible for the theft and subsequent use of a credit card from a vehicle on Oakledge Road.
Horrabin was charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree (E-Felony) and arraigned in Bronxville Court by the Hon. Justice Mayer. He then was transported to the Westchester County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail and is due back in court on November 2 at 6 p.m.

Stolen Computer from Dorm
A female student at Concordia College reported that her Pavilion Lap Top computer (unknown value) was stolen from her dormitory room at Rippe Hall sometime between October 8 -11.

The student reported that the room had been locked and that other electronic equipment was not touched at all. The investigation by the department is ongoing.
Suspended Car Registration
Janet Lowe, a 54 year-old Mount Vernon resident, was detained by Police Officer Watson Morgan for operating a vehicle while the registration was suspended due to a lapse in car insurance.
Officer Morgan was alerted to the vehicle suspension by the police department’s license plate reader. Lowe was issued several traffic summonses, her vehicle impounded and she is due back in court on November 2 at 6 p.m. to answer to the charges against her.
