Cooking Class: GELATO & BISCOTTI
Our cooking classes are a combination of hands-on and demonstration classes held in our state-of-the-art professional kitchen.
Surprise your children and family when you’ll serve them homemade Stracciatella gelato accompanied by Biscotti di Prato. Our talented Chef will demonstrate and share with you how to prepare the most mouthwatering ice cream and offer a few suggestions on ways gelato can be served. You will also make and bake the most delicious biscotti to take home and enjoy. Participants will have a wonderful food experience; take home what they made, as per each program description, along with the featured recipes so that they can replicate the meal in their own kitchen. Each class lasts approximately two hours. Space is limited.
