EASTCHESTER, NY — Con Edison said most customers still out of power in Eastchester would have their electricity restored by 11 p.m. Tuesday. More than 40,000 homes and businesses in the Hudson Valley lost power in Monday's wind storm. According to the Con Ed outage list, as of 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, there are 247 customers in Eastchester without electricity.
