Eastchester Police Blotter: Unauthorized Check Reported, Broken Car Window
A look at some of the incidents investigated by the Eastchester Police Department.

Feb. 15:
7:22 a.m. A Mazda CX-7 parked on Whitehall Road was reported to have a rear broken window, police said. According to police, the car was parked there at about 7 p.m. the day before and it is not known how the glass was broken.

3:35 p.m. A man reported to police that an unauthorized check had been made using the name of his business, police said. According to police, the man notified Chase fraud support, which began a case.
Feb. 18:

10:05 p.m. A neighbor reported to police that teens were entering a house on Johnson Road, police said. According to police, the parents weren’t home and alcohol was observed—although it wasn’t open. About 14 kids between the ages of 16 and 17 years old were released to their parents.
