Heart-beating, feet-tapping, finger-snapping, song-singing, fun-loving, laughter-filled day to kick up your health.
Come and enjoy a day of fun and health for the whole family featuring: dancing, free health screenings with our physicians, a healthy cooking demonstration, fitness activities for children ages five and up, and much more. Plus, the Eastchester High School Jazz Company will be performing. The event will be held at Mulinos at Lake Isle, 660 White Plains Road, Eastchester.
