The uptick reflects a strong trend, which shows that the sale of homes priced from $800,000 to $999,000 in that locale rose from 4 homes sold in 2011 to 15 sold in 2015, a 275 percent increase (based on sales data supplied by the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service).
