Hudson River Death: Medical Examiner Rules It a Suicide
County police have not released the man's identity, but his family had recently reported him missing.

A 26-year-old New Jersey man, whose body was found in the Hudson River near Hastings on Oct. 11, committed suicide, according to the Westchester County Medical Examiner, reports The Journal News.
The man’s wallet and personal items were found on the George Washington Bridge last week, according to News 12 Westchester, but there had not been reports of anyone jumping from the span.
County police have not released the man’s identity, but his family had recently reported him missing. The medical examiner said he died of asphyxia by drowning, writes The Journal News’ Ken Valenti.
