This week’s “Meet Your Farmer’s Market Vendor” spotlights The Orchards of Concklin, bringing close to 300 years of farming experience – and a whole lot of some of the freshest produce around – right to your doorstep.
In the business since 1712, The Orchards of Concklin grow their own produce and bake their own goods right on their Rockland County properties, including (get ready for this) local white peaches, white nectarines, heirloom tomatoes, apples, corn, plums, strawberries, blueberries, cookies, their famous apple cider donuts and a whole gang of delicious pies – from apple and blueberry, to pecan and tart cherry.
The Concklin folks also sell their own organic eggs, honey and peanut butter, as well as homemade quiches. In other words, whatever you or your family are in the mood for this weekend, the folks from The Orchards of Concklin have you covered. Trust us, they’ve been satisfying appetites for just a few years now…
