Music at Asbury presents Asbury Summer Theatre, Sunday, April 17

Alumni of celebrated theatre company perform musical review of the songs of "Tin Pan Alley"

Back by popular demand, the alumni of Asbury Summer Theatre will conclude the second season of the Music at Asbury concert series. The members of AST are among the most active and sought-after performers of community theater in the greater New York area, recently appearing in leading roles with the Clocktower Players, the Elmwood Playhouse, White Plains Performing Arts Center, Center Stage Playhouse, Actors’ Conservatory Theater, and others.

AST will present a musical review titled “Tin Pan Alley,” featuring songs by George Gershwin, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin, Jerome Kern, and George M. Cohan, among others. The production will be directed by Mauro Contrastano and music director, Kurt Kelley. Cast members: Miguel Acevedo, Ruth Chiamulera, Jeannine Padula Goche, Anthony Maltese, Paulette Oliva, Michael Quigley, Carmela Sirico, Gary Skidmore, Steve Taylor, Rebecca Westall.

Concerts are held in the sanctuary at Asbury United Methodist Church, 167 Scarsdale Rd, Tuckahoe, NY; ample parking is available. Admission is free of charge but reservations are strongly recommended; please visit www.MusicAtAsbury.com or call 914-779-3722 to reserve a general admission ticket.
