Dog of the Week: Ruddy
Breed: Rhodesian Ridgeback & Hound mix
Age: 2 years old

Bio: Ruddy is a beautiful mixed breed dog who was returned to the shelter because his owner was unable to care for him. Shelter volunteers say he is sweet and affectionate, and needs a home where he can get plenty of exercise and play time. He is already neutered, and probably needs to put on a few pounds! He gets along great with both people and animals and is ready for a new home right away.

Age: 6 months old
Bio: Jerry is just a kitten and is extremely friendly and cute. Yonkers Shelter workers love playing with him, but he really needs more attention and company. Jerry will probably not grow to more than eight or nine pounds, and would do great in a home with kids. Come check him out!
