Taken back in June at and using the IPhone App Instagram, Jay manages to capture a real emotional feeling in this shot of an Eastchester Police Officer.

For me, this picture evokes a feeling of safety and a comfort in knowing that our community is well protected by our law enforcement officials whether it be a large civic event or in the privacy of our homes.
