Snow Again in the Forecast for Lower Hudson Valley

To paraphrase Yogi Berra, winter ain't over till it's over.

Brisk winds and colder temperatures for Wednesday night will set the stage for another round of snow.

Whether this is winter’s last gasp, as AccuWeather.com is saying, only time will tell.

According to the National Weather Service, after a lows close to 20 for Wednesday night, Thursday will be gusty at times with the daytime temperature in the lower Hudson Valley not getting any higher than the mid-30s.

We are facing a chance of snow Thursday overnight, in the early morning hours of Friday, but so far accumulations will be no more than an inch, with less expected to the west.

Overnight temperatures will dip to the low- to mid-20s, with light winds.

Friday is forecast for the best chance of snow, mainly before noon or 1 p.m.

Otherwise, it will be cloudy and gusty with highs in the mid-30s. New snow accumulations of around an inch are possible.

Friday night it will be partly cloudy with lows in the mid-20s.
