Stroke Awareness Day at NYP/Lawrence

Free Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Screenings and more information on preventing stroke at NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital on May 19

All are welcome to join us for a life-saving educational program in the hospital lobby from 11 am to 1 pm, featuring:
-Free Blood Pressure and Cholesterol Screenings
-Brain Imaging Information
-Physical Therapy Options
-Diet and Nutrition Advice

There will be a Lunch and Learn Presentation with our dietitian and a physician from noon to 1 pm in the lobby conference room. Light refreshments will be served.
