Although I enjoy a nice walk around Bronxville Lake (which is really just the wide part of the Bronx River between Bronxville and Tuckahoe) the lack of contrast always underwhelms me.
The river is pretty enough, I suppose, but in the summertime, everything turns to a rather bland green, which seems to rob the environment of any depth.
Walking through yesterday, though, my field of vision was shattered by the stunning colors of this wedding party, who were walking to the lake for a photo session.
