Here's a look at some of the incidents investigated by the Tuckahoe Police Department for the week of July 19 – July 25, 2010.
July 19:

12:58 p.m. The owner of a 2000 Mitsubishi Galant reported to police that her car tire was flat. She believed that someone let the air out of the tire on the driver's side of the car sometime overnight.

July 20:
12:30 p.m. Police received a call from a woman that her neighbor had keyed her car. There is an order of protection between the two. Police arrested the neighbor, who was charged with criminal mischief and violation of an order of protection.
July 21:
2:22 p.m. A caller reported to police that someone had called her, telling her to pick up a check in the amount of $750,000. When the caller became suspicious and said she was going to tell police, the person hung up. The matter was forwarded to the detective bureau.
July 22:
9:15 a.m. Police received a call that someone had left two notes on a car parked in one of the lots. The notes were disturbing to the receiver, who wanted to make a record of the incident.
July 23:
5:49 p.m. A caller reported that someone had keyed her car. Police investigated and found that it seemed to not have been done on purpose and looked to be a scratch on the car.
July 24:
1:32 a.m. Police received a call from Crestwood Taxi that two men had not paid their full cab fare. The men owed $40 and only paid $20. When police tracked down the men, they said it was a misunderstanding and paid the rest of the fee.
July 25:
1:37 a.m. A caller told police it sounded as if a fight was taking place in the area of Washington Street. When police investigated, they found no fight. Interviews indicated that two men were having a loud discussion about Lebron James.
