1:28 a.m. A resident called police to report that the door to 35 Washington Street was open and people who the resident believed possibly shouldn't have been in the building, were talking in the basement. Police searched the area but didn't find anything.
1:31 p.m. A caller reported to police that he had been on vacation and when he arrived home, he noticed that a shelf in his kitchen was slanted. Nothing else was missing or different in the house. Upon investigation, police saw that one of the screws from the shelf had popped out, causing the shelf to tilt. The caller felt that someone had taken out the screw.

2:38 p.m. A caller reported to police that there was a woman on Midland Place acting erratically. Police spoke with the woman, who had been drinking and got into a fight with her boyfriend about gas money. There were no injuries and police called a cab for the woman.
5:16 p.m. A woman reported that a GPS, Blackberry charger and some personal items had been taken from her car. The 2008 Volkswagen had been parked on Midland Avenue. Police investigated and found no damage to the car. The GPS was valued at $500.
6:55 p.m. A caller reported that a GPS, a Blackberry charger, a park of Nike sneakers and some change had been taken from her black Infiniti, which was parked on Midland Avenue. The GPS was valued at $900. Police saw no signs of damage or forced entry to the car.
