Viewfinder: Around the World in Eastchester
First and second graders get a crafty global experience Monday evening.
At the Eastchester Public Library, craft queens Patty Gallo and Mary Feldhaus pull the strings for a class of first and second graders as they fitted handmade bracelets that read "1 world". The children also got to paint picture frames and decorate them with images from around the globe.
