Village Of Bronxville: County 2022 Draft Hazard Mitigation Plan

The County’s 2022 draft Hazard Mitigation Plan is available for public comment and can be reviewed here.  The Plan assesses the risk and vulnerability to the impacts of natural hazards, develops a mitigation strategy consistent with a set of uniform goals and objectives, and creates a plan for implementing, evaluating and revising the strategy. The Village has actively participated in this County-wide plan and will use it to guide pre and post-disaster mitigation of our hazards, especially flooding in the Village.  The Village will also be working with the County to ensure that data from Tropical Storm Ida get included into the updated plan.
