Wallet Stolen From Purse at Bronxville Library

When you enter the Bronxville Library, one of the many signs that you may see is one advising patrons to never leave valuables unattended.

Bronxville Police responded to a call at the library that a woman's wallet was removed from her purse and that according to police, the purse was left unattended inside the library.

The stolen Gucci wallet contained personal identification and credit cards and according to police, they were used to make fraudulent transactions totalling about $650

The case is currently being investigated by detectives.
