Westchester Man Charged in Alleged 'Molly' Smuggling Case Considers Plea Deal: News Report
Moshe is accused of using fake names, bank accounts and information to smuggle ingredients to make the nightclub drug "Molly."

Lawyers for 22-year-old Daren Lee Moshe of Pelham, who was arrested in connection with an alleged international drug smuggling case, are attempting to negotiate a plea deal, according to a report in The Journal News.
Moshe is accused of using fake names, bank accounts and information to smuggle ingredients to make the nightclub drug “Molly.” He allegedly used UPS stores in Westchester to receive the goods.
According to The Journal News, attorney Matthew J. Galluzzo of New York City, who represents Moshe, and Assistant U.S. Attorney Mathew S. Miller are “engaged in plea negotiations” and may avoid a trial.
