Work Week Weather: Some Rain in the Forecast
There are a couple of days where the National Weather Service predicts that showers and thunderstorms are possible.

The forecast for the work week has definitely improved over the past few days.
Initially, the National Weather Service was predicting a chance of showers and thunderstorms for everyday this week, but now the stormy weather seems contained primarily to just two days, Tuesday and Wednesday.

First, today’s weather looks great for most of Westchester County, with mostly sunny skies and temperatures in mid-80s.
On Tuesday, it’s possible showers and thunderstorms could impact the whole region, as stormy weather is forecast for any time after 11 a.m. The chance of storms is 40 percent and ticks up to 50 percent overnight.

On Wednesday, there is a 40 percent chance countywide of showers and thunderstorms, which again increases to 50 percent overnight.
Thursday and Friday’s weather mostly looks good with sunny skies both days and temps around 80-85 degrees, though Thursday has a lingering 30 percent chance of showers in the morning.
The first glance at the weekend’s weather includes that same 30 percent chance of showers on Saturday and Sunday, but as we know with weather that forecast will likely change several times between now and then.
