Art x Care | An artist-run symposium on the intersections of artmaking and caregiving

Presented by Circling Studios and Delight Factory Brooklyn, the 2025 Symposium on Art & Care invites artists, caregivers, arts workers and more to consider the ways our relationships, needs, and caregiving roles both complicate and contribute to artistic practice.

This half-day event features a combination of panel discussions, Q&A, interactive activities, and guided reflection. Bringing together speakers with experience navigating caregiving alongside work in visual art, theatre, academia, healthcare, and community organizing, this event seeks to provide both community connection and practical insights for creating more sustainable systems of care conceived for and by artists.
