Man Imprisoned For 'Terrifying' Knifepoint Sexual Assault Of Child: DA
The 13-year-old boy was walking home from school in Brooklyn when a man grabbed him, the district attorney said.
BROOKLYN, NY — An East Flatbush man has just been sentenced to 14 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy, Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said.
According to Gonzalez, on May 2, 2022, at 4 p.m. near Winthrop Street and East 98th Street in East Flatbush, defendant Christopher Fiesco, 34, approached the boy, grabbed him by the arm and asked for the time.
When the boy tried to escape the Fiesco — who was wearing a ski mask — the defendant pulled out a knife, told him not to scream, and took him to 87 East 53rd St., where he was forced to climb a fire escape and enter an apartment through a window.

Once inside, Fiesco told the boy to shower, and then he sexually assaulted the child, and let the child leave, Gonzalez said.
The victim went home and reported it to his family, who called the police, Gonzalez said.

Fiesco pleaded guilty to first-degree criminal sexual act and will be required to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.
“Today’s sentence holds the defendant accountable for a terrifying assault of a child and spares the young boy from having to testify and recount this life-altering attack in a courtroom," Gonzalez said on Friday.
"My thoughts are with the victim and his family, who I commend for immediately reporting this incident to the police and ensuring the defendant was brought to justice.”
