Woman Who Said Cops Raped Her Called "B----' As Subpoenaed: Video

BROOKLYN, NEW YORK — A woman accusing two NYPD detectives of raping her in the back of a police van was called a “stupid b----” by a man attempting to serve her a subpoena, according to new video.

Anna Chambers, who has identified herself using a Twitter alias, posted video Wednesday night of the unidentified man who attempted to serve her subpoena papers from one of the cops’ attorneys.

“THIS ISNT HARASSMENT?!” Chambers wrote.

“I’m from the sheriff’s office, I can do whatever I want,” the man tells Chambers after she asks him to leave. “Go screw yourself.”

The man tried to give Chambers a subpoena for photos of her wrists she says were taken after her encounter with NYPD detectives Richard Hall and Eddie Martins, the New York Post reported.

Hall and Martins stand accused of raping Chambers in a Chipotle parking lot near Calvert Vaux Park on Sept. 15, 2017, after threatening to arrest her on drug charges.

Martins’ lawyer Mark Bederow told the Post he sent the man, whom he declined to name, to deliver papers Chamber’s lawyer Michael David refused to accept.

David later told the New York Post he intends to file complaints with the Department of Licensing Services and the New York state Attorney General’s Office.
