• NYSDOT Installing Mileage-Based Exit Signs Along I-88 (transportation.org) — Drivers in Broome County will soon notice I-88 exit numbers changing as the state converts the highway to a mile-based system, similar to the recent I-81 update. Officials say the $1.1 million project should improve safety and help emergency responders locate incidents more quickly, with both old and new exit numbers posted temporarily during the transition.
