Driver Arrested In NYC Hit-And-Run That Killed Nickelodeon Actor

BROOKLYN, NY — Police have arrested a 72-year-old man in connection with the hit-and-run death of a former "All That" actor in Brooklyn last year.

Michael Griffiths has been indicted on of charges including leaving the scene of an accident and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.

Griffiths is accused of hitting Kianna Underwood, 33, as she crossed the street in Brownsville, with his Ford Explorer on Jan. 16.

After Underwood was struck by Griffiths, she was also struck by another car as she lied in the road.

She was pronounced dead at the scene.

Underwood was a series regular on the 10th season of Nickelodeon’s “All That,” a sketch comedy show

An investigation remains ongoing.
