Man Wanted For Questioning In Fatal Brownsville Shooting: Police
Police released photos of a man they want to question about the death of Dawud Escort, who was shot Unity Plaza Houses last month.

BROWNSVILLE, BROOKLYN — Police released surveillance photos of a man they want to question about a murder in a Brownsville housing project lobby.
The man walked into the Unity Plaza Houses near Dumont and Williams avenues in just before 25-year-old Dawud Escort was shot on Nov. 1 around 6:35 p.m., according to police and reports.
Sources told the Daily News the man left the building with another man a shortly after he went inside.

Escort fled the building and ran toward his home at 330 Hinsdale St., where emergency responders found him lying on the lobby floor, police said.
Escort was rushed to Brookdale Hospital but doctors were unable to save his life, said police.

The man police hope to question was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black pants and black sneakers.
