• East Pembroke truck rollover pins driver under steering wheel (thebatavian.com) — A concrete mixer driver was seriously shaken but survived after his truck rolled over on Batavia-Oakfield Townline Road in East Pembroke, trapping him under the steering wheel. Fire crews freed him and he was taken to Erie County Medical Center in Buffalo with non-life-threatening injuries, while deputies continue investigating the cause of the crash.
   

• Falls death investigation does not appear suspicious (cnhi.com) — A body found in Cayuga Creek in Niagara Falls has been ruled non-suspicious so far, with an autopsy performed at the Erie County Medical Examiner's Office in Buffalo showing no visible trauma. Investigators are still working to determine the exact cause and manner of death, and the case remains under review by Niagara Falls police detectives.
