Bushwick: Give Toys to Sick and Needy Kids in the Neighborhood This Christmas

Drop off your toys at No Bull NYC on Friday evening from 4-8 p.m.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — Christmas is around the corner, and children in local public housing developments and in Woodhull Hospital are hoping Santa will have a little something for them too. So on Friday, Bushwick's assembly district leader Tommy Torres is asking for toys for the Annual Teacher Toy Drive Event.

Torres, an assistant principal at the Grand Street Campus High School and a District 14 Educator for the past 20 years, has been coming together for several years with teachers and staff from Williamsburg and Bushwick to help fund-raise toys and donations for the local kids from the community.
