Murdered Woman Chased Out Of Bushwick Hotel By Killer: Report

Ebony Young was killed by a screaming woman who chased her out of the Hotel RL by Red Lion on Monday, according to police and reports.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — The young woman who was fatally wounded in Bushwick Monday was chased out of a boutique hotel and into a nearby deli by the woman who killed her, according to police and reports.

Ebony Young, 20, and her attacker screamed at each other on opposite sides of the Hotel RL by Red Lion’s sliding doors on Broadway near Malcolm X Boulevard at about 4 p.m., witnesses told the Daily News.

The women then chased Young, of Bushwick, into the deli at 1076 Broadway where she stabbed Young in the chest and fled, according to police and the News.

A deli employee told the Daily News that Young repeatedly screamed, “I got stabbed!”

“She was dying and I called 911,” Gumersindo Cotto said. “I tried to help her, but I couldn't.”

Emergency responders rushed Young to Woodhull Hospital where she later died, said police.

Police had not made an arrest as of Tuesday morning.
