Video: Drunk Broker Spews Racial Slurs Outside House Of Yes
Video posted on Reddit Sunday shows a man hurling racial slurs at a Bushwick bouncer.

BUSHWICK, BROOKLYN — A Brooklyn real estate agent hurled racist insults at a bouncer who ejected him from the House of Yes, according to video and reports.
Video posted to Reddit shows a bouncer and another man — who the New York Post identified as a broker for MySpace NYC — arguing outside the House of Yes on Wyckoff Avenue and Jefferson Street Friday, according to the user who posted it Sunday.
“Touch me again you f---ing n-----,” the man taunts the bouncer.

“We deserve better than this,” the videographer, who was later called a slur for Latinos, replies. “Why would you say that?”
The broker, who is white, tells the bouncer and the man filming him that he is calling police because he was hit after leaving through the wrong exit at the House of Yes.

“This dumb black guy … He just hit me in the face, you dumb f---. I need an officer here right now.”
Then he turns to the man filming him.
“He just hit me you dumb f---ing sp--.”
The broker was asked to leave House of Yes when he began calling another security guard names, according to a House of Yes spokeswoman. She applauded the House of Yes employee in the video, whom she identified as José, for getting the man out of their event space and remaining calm throughout.
"We were shocked by this Patron's behavior and language," the spokeswoman said. "We feel we made the right move escorting this patron out of our venue when he became aggressive and engaged in name-calling towards a different security guard while inside."
"We are deeply appreciative of the way he kept his composure while the aggressive patron was hurling racial slurs at him," she added. "We feel he acted fully within his rights throughout the interaction."
Emergency responders arrived at the venue after the broker called 911 and asked José if he wanted to press charges, the House of Yes spokeswoman said.
"He replied that his only desire was for everyone to get home safely and he did not want to waste the emergency unit's valuable time."
The officers stayed at House of Yes for 30 minutes to make sure the broker didn't come back, she said.
The New York Post identified the man, reached him by phone Sunday, and asked why he had used those words. The broker said he had been drunk and that other people had used the n-word before he had.
“The word that I used, that I’m embarrassed by using, was being thrown around the entire time. It was already in the air,” he said.
“It doesn’t make me a racist, it makes me an idiot.”
MySpace NYC fired the man over the video, according to the Post.
