• Daycare Worker In Cairo, NY Charged After Spanking 3-year-old (hudsonvalleypost.com) — Police say a 3-year-old was allegedly spanked without parental authorization at Precious Tots Nursery and Daycare on Schmidt Drive in Cairo, leading to misdemeanor child endangerment and harassment charges against a Catskill woman. State Police are still investigating and asking anyone with additional information to contact the BCI office in Catskill, with a court appearance set in Town of Cairo Court next month.
