As the season changes and the weather becomes more cold and dry, our bodies have a tendency to feel brittle. We tense up, bracing ourselves against the drop in temperature, making it difficult to warm up our muscles and the surrounding connective tissue. This results in people experiencing back pain and problems surrounding the hips and sciatic nerve. This workshop focuses on opening our hips and lower back, working with poses that will create space in the deepest muscles around these joints. The benefits of releasing the hips and low back can be felt throughout the entire body.
